This allowing us, our customers or other service providers to continually request and receive components, parts or technical guidance from these manufacturers over the life of your equipment.

Also inclusive within both the new construction or modernization phase we will provide insight, planning and design to provide the applicable specifications you require and are expecting. As well as eliminating and/or minimizing your additional "work by others" costs within the project and providing you an all inclusive install from Alift. We will provide you a "turn key" installation without the use of sub-contractors and eliminating the task of owners to find other contractors to help piece together services to complete a project.

Alift Technologies prides it’s work and experienced craftmanship with our dedication to you that this project will be installed with the highest level of safety, professionalism and quality. We commit that our satisfaction of a quality installed product is not complete until you agree and are completely satisfied with the completed results of the project.

Therefore, throughout and upon completion of this project the following will take place:

· A weekly status and update conversation will take place between you and the Alift Staff on-site to rectify any discrepancies you may see or have. Also, to ensure we are meeting or exceeding our level of satisfaction promised and that you are experiencing the same level of satisfaction.

· Throughout the project and through our conversations we are open to suggestions of alterations or changes within the scope, as long as those suggested do not increase the length of the project or exceed the amount of cost estimated within this proposal. Scope alterations in this manner will require a simple additional request via email.

· Upon said completion of this project, a final meeting and walk through will take place with you and our staff on-site to review adherence to scope and that your expectation levels of our workmanship and your complete satisfaction with the project has been met. Findings throughout this meeting which are found to be within the project scope or within expectations of quality workmanship will be addressed immediately.

· No final invoice or monies will be expected until you formally acknowledge your complete satisfaction of the project in writing by accepting Alift’s Quality Satisfaction form letter. At that time we will proceed with the closing of the project and exchanges of documentation, monies and any items which may be related or a necessity to the project
