- General Maintenance - Alift offers various and versatile forms of commitments to our customers with inclusive maintenance scopes, well above the industry standard. We will advise customers from our professional perspective of equipment needs for dependability and longevity, as well as a comprehensive plan to suit their expectations of maintaining their equipment to the safest and highest standards. .

- Problem/Service Calls - Regardless of equipment type or manufacturer we understand equipment issues will occur. We will provide the capable means to return your equipment to service as soon as requested. As well, commit to repair in a manner that issues do not return and are not a burden to your daily operations.
- Nuisance/Aesthetic issues - While we understand not all equipment issues deal with dependability or functionality, presentation to consumers, tenants and/or the general public is very important. At Alift, we recognize this perspective and will partner with our customers while managing equipment to those expectations
- Major and Minor Repair - All major equipment at times will require the need for time consuming repairs related to general use or emergency situations. We understand these are and can be a major disruption to businesses, tenants and the general public. Alift will work with you to make these repairs, whenever possible at your convenience at no additional costs.
- Refurbishment and Replacements - All vertical transportation equipment will have the need at times to upgrade per code, convenience or dependability. It's understood as equipment ages or needs change that the availability of "like" parts or products may become limited. At Alift we will use our innovative approach to source, replace or repair equipment regardless of manufacturer, considering a similar installation application, at no additional cost to our customers.
- Upgrades - Equipment improvements and updates are possible without the extended down time or excessive cost a modernization may create.
